Tidioute Borough accepted a three-year bid (2024-2026) with Waste Management at the regular September meeting.
The following are the new rates that will be effective on January 1, 2024.
Residential (1 cart) $27.00
Commercial (2 carts) $48.00
Ten bags (3 carts) $88.00
Below is the letter that all customers will receive with their regular monthly Southwest Warren County Municipal Authority bill at the beginning of December 2023.

Waste Management picks up residential garbage once per week, every Tuesday. The week of an observed holiday the garbage collection in Tidioute will be on Wednesday instead of Tuesday. One day later. Please see the 2024 Holiday Schedule below:

New Year's Day (Monday, January 1, 2024)- 1 day delay - all week
Memorial Day (Monday, May 27, 2024)- 1 day delay - all week
4th of July (Thursday, July 4, 2024)- no delay
Labor Day (Monday, September 2, 2024)- 1-day delay- all week
Thanksgiving Day(Thursday, November 28, 2024)- no delay
Christmas (Wednesday, December 25, 2024)- no delay
**Pick-up in Tidioute is on Tuesday mornings so the only ones that will be affected will be the Monday Holidays only.**
