Utilities
Utility bills are prepared and mailed monthly for Water, Sewer & Trash.
Water and Sewer fees are set by the Southwest Warren County Municipal Authority while the trash or refuse contract is handled by Council. The 2025 rates are as follows:

Water/sewer/trash bills can be paid at the Borough office – 129 Main Street, Tidioute, or mailed to 129 Main Street, Tidioute, PA 16351. Utility payments are due on the 15th of each month. Monthly penalties are accessed on accounts with an unpaid balance. Payments may also be placed in our "Drop Box" which is located next to the front door of our office for your convenience.

Tap Fees:
Water = $100.00
Sewer = $100.00
Meter and meter pit = $936.30
POLICY: If services are turned off due to non-payment of the bill, the total amount owed plus a $100.00 turn-on fee will be accessed before water service is reinstated.
